Haunted House Festival Yogyakarta [2011]

Shock Your Adrenaline merupakan tema utama event Haunted House Festival yang diselenggarakan oleh ONEGAI SHELTER STMIK AMIKOM YOGYAKARTA yang bekerjasama dengan X-poser dan Exindo Pratama. Acara ini diselenggarakan di Babarsari Expo Land (depan hotel SAHID RAYA,Babarsari) pada 11 Maret hingga 11 April 2011 di Sleman Yogyakarta.

Dalam kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi dua tema utama yaitu Misteri Lawang Sewu & Obake (rumah hantu Jepang) yang coba dikenalkan kepada publik Jogja. Onegai Shelter yang digawangi oleh A. Firman Hudiyono (Recka) selaku ketua umum Onegai Shelter, dan S Hanuji sebagai ketua divisi obake telah menjadi pioneer dalam mebuat Obake di jogja,karena sebelumnya Onegai shelter juga pernah membuat rumah hantu jepang di Mega Bazaar Computer 2010 dan Jogja Fair 2010 yang digelar di Jogja Expo Center

Biasanya konsep rumah hantu sangat identik dengan masyarakat kelas bawah. Namun Doni Irawan yang menjabat sebagai Junior Project Manager Xposer mengatakan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan terobosan yang coba mereka gagas untuk menghapus semua alibi bahwa festival rumah hantu inipun bisa dinikmati semua kalangan. Tidak hanya masyarakat kelas bawah saja namun juga kelas menengah keatas.

"Ini Merupakan alternatif hiburan bagi masyarakat. Rencananya kami juga akan menyelenggarakan event ini secara anual". Begitu penjelasan Doni.

Bagi A. Firman H, ini juga merupakan alternative kegiatan positif bagi mahasiswa Amikom yang khususnya anggota Onegai Shelter sebagai kegiatan yang melatih entrepreneurship, disini mahasiswa bisa berkicimpung langsung dan menambah wawasan mereka dalam hal pembuatan event dari mulai penyiapan konsep hingga teknis dilapangan.

Selain itu, sebagian dari hasil Obake juga disumbangkan untuk korban gempa dan tsunami di Jepang. Jadi secara tidak langsung semua yang mendukung acara ini pun ikut ambil andil dalam hal sosial

�??Bahkan Dinas Pariwisata Yogyakarta pun telah mendukung penuh acara ini dan menjadi wacana wahana baru bagi kota jogja dan akan dijadikan acara tahunan�?? tutur S Hanjuji

Untuk mengenai interior sendiri dibuat sedemikian rupa dan semirip mungkin dengan aslinya,dan untuk wardrobe dan Make up Efek nya pun bekerja sama dengan J-Toku

Mengenai masalah safety pun telah dipikrkan dengan matang,penyediaan ambulance,para medis yang slalu standby saat acara berlangsung. Dan juga di Obake sendiri pun telah ada tema backup yang di koordinasi langsung oleh Rio Hardi S selaku koordinator team backup dan safety di dalam area wahana Hanuted House Festival

Rencananya, event ini juga akan diselenggarakan di Semarang dan di kota Solo. Tahun depan kami juga akan mengedakannya di Jakarta.
